Everyone deserves

to feel free.

WELCOME

IF YOU ARE EXPERIENCING

  • Impacts from relational or complex trauma

  • Feeling stuck in the same emotional struggles as long as you can remember

  • Feeling numb or unexpectedly taken over by emotions

  • The same triggers and patterns no matter what you have tried

YOU ARE WELCOME HERE

I believe we are wired for healing, and my role is to join you in your suffering, undo your aloneness, and help you to tune into the inner wisdom your body holds, a wisdom that had to be hidden or pushed away for a long time in order to cope or survive, but when we shine light on it again, can start to offer growth and healing. Together, we can work through what is keeping you feeling stuck, trapped inside, or questioning your worth, so that you can walk through this world with a sense of wholeness and freedom, having compassion for yourself, and trusting in yourself and your worth.

Alycia Ceballos Therapy is about providing a soft landing place for clients - full of safety, compassion, hope, and space for the healing that they need - in order to experience internal freedom. It is my hope that my clients leave therapy feeling a sense of wholeness, and knowing deep within that they are known, lovable, and valuable.

" I'm so thankful I had the opportunity to have Alycia as my therapist - Honestly she changed my entire opinion on therapy. Up until her I felt like I had to find the words to express what was going on - but she gave me so many options of how to express it - art, sand, movement were a few - and for that I am sooo grateful. I am so much more compassionate to myself, being able to stop and ask myself - hey how do you need to communicate today? "

When you arrive, come into the main lobby doors pictured, then up to the second floor. There is a small waiting area just outside of the elevator. If you arrive after regular office hours and the lobby doors are locked, your therapist will meet you at the lobby door at the time of your session.
